Job Summary
Conduct design and approval planning, develop executable construction plans, and coordinate building meetings and survey creation. Submit building permits, negotiate with clients and owners, and implement projects within time, cost, and quality targets while maintaining contractual compliance. Prepare project budgets, create construction schedules, generate bids, and coordinate subcontractor performance and billing. Manage all activities from concept through to turnkey delivery for commercial real estate developments.
Required Qualifications
- Studium der Architektur, des Bauingenieurwesens oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung
