Architekt / Bauingenieur / Projektsteuerer (w/m/d)

Implement projects contractually in line with time, cost, and quality targets alongside the planning team. Prepare projects and calculate budgets, then create and coordinate construction schedules. Manage tendering and awarding according to HOAI performance phases, including negotiations with subcontractors and offer creation. Coordinate subcontractor performance, conduct construction meetings, and settle construction billings. Requires a degree in architecture, civil engineering, or equivalent experience, with B2 German proficiency and MS Office skills. Revit experience is desirable.
