Lead high-rise construction projects across multiple performance phases, coordinating execution plans with draftsmen and architects while managing tender negotiations and contract award preparations. Oversee site supervision for individual trades and general contracting environments, steering schedules, costs, and quality throughout execution. Review invoices, change orders, and performance milestones, maintaining close alignment with internal departments, clients, and subcontractors. Requires a completed degree in architecture or civil engineering with at least five years of experience in planning, project control, or site leadership. Located in Brackel with flexible working hours and a company car available for project travel.
