Job Summary
Lead complex high-rise construction projects in performance phases 3–5, managing the transition from design planning to execution planning for large-scale developments including data centers and commercial buildings. Develop architecturally demanding solutions across diverse building typologies while leading a team of four to six employees with full responsibility for schedules, budgets, and quality. Act as the primary contact for clients, end-users, and planning partners, ensuring structured communication with all internal and external stakeholders. This role offers a salary range of 70,000 to 95,000 euros plus a company car, situated in Frankfurt within a global organization of 6,500 employees. Candidates require an architecture degree, five years of experience in design and execution planning, and proficiency in Revit and BIM methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossenes Studium der Architektur
- mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Entwurfs- und Ausführungsplanung sowie in der Leitung von Projekten
- bereits Teams geführt oder vergleichbare Verantwortung übernommen
- fundierte Kenntnisse in HOAI, VOB und relevanten Bauvorschriften (z. B. LBO)
- Erfahrung mit Revit sowie Grundkenntnisse in der BIM-Methodik
- Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1-Niveau
- Führerschein der Klasse B
