Job Summary
Define and drive the AI implementation strategy across the AMS portfolio and Product Engineering teams, focusing on automation, intelligent engineering workflows, and efficiency. Architect and oversee distributed applications ensuring scalability, performance, resilience, and maintainability. Lead architecture reviews, governance activities, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to modernize legacy systems and migrate toward cloud-native frameworks. Mentor engineering teams in AI architecture and modern engineering patterns, and translate business requirements into robust architectural solutions. Communicate architectural decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders, with a proven Banking-domain background including regulatory context and domain-driven design.
Required Qualifications
- Proven background in Banking domain architectures and core banking processes
- Experience leading AI-enabled architecture and engineering teams
- Ability to drive AI-first modernization across portfolios
- Strong governance, regulatory, and security alignment skills
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with cloud-native architectures and modernization of legacy systems
- Mentorship and leadership of engineering teams in modern patterns and practices
- Ability to translate business requirements into robust architectural designs
- Experience with architecture reviews and solution design workshops
