Architecture - Sr Project Architect

Lead project documentation and technical resolution from conceptual phase through construction administration, ensuring design intent is incorporated into detailed drawings and specifications. Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors to verify requirements, manage shared electronic files, and oversee preparation of technical drawings by less senior staff. Monitor project costs, schedules, and adherence to standards while mentoring team members and participating in professional development reviews. This role requires a licensed architect to sign/seal drawings and includes on-site visits, field reviews, and municipal coordination. Overtime and travel may be required. You will incorporate integrated sustainable design solutions and contribute to business development opportunities.
