Job Summary
Take ownership of projects from inception to completion, ensuring design excellence, technical accuracy, and successful delivery. Lead achievement of project goals including integrated design, budget adherence, schedule management, and financial performance. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and work plans while overseeing contracts, financials, and construction administration. Build relationships with clients, builders, governing authorities, and internal team members. Review research into products and systems to support innovation, and serve as the Architect of Record by signing and stamping project documentation. Mentor team members through knowledge sharing and leadership. Requires 10+ years of experience, active California license, and proficiency in Microsoft Project and Excel. Base salary varies by location and complexity; eligible for annual bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Architecture
- 10+ years of experience in all phases of architectural projects
- Active architecture license in California
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Excel
- Knowledge in management of project business: scope, fee, schedule, work plans and budget
Desired Qualifications
- HCAI (OSHPD) experience
- LEED accreditation
- Familiarity with Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite
