Job Summary
Manage project teams through all phases, ensuring deliverables align with contracts, schedules, and budgets while meeting quality standards. Lead internal and external meetings, oversee construction administration including RFI and submittal logs, and conduct weekly reviews. Create milestone-based schedules, maintain project charters with QA/QC plans, and manage financial performance through monthly reviews and invoicing checks. Produce weekly updates for stakeholders and initiate close-out procedures post-substantial completion. Perform monthly 1:1 check-ins and annual performance reviews. Requires Data Center expertise and proficiency with Revit, Auto-CAD, and collaboration tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm
- Certification as a license professional
- Demonstrated experience leading teams through all phases of milestone-based project delivery
- Basic knowledge of architectural contracts and contract execution procedures
- Proficiency with Revit, Auto-CAD, and MS Office
- Demonstrated expertise utilizing collaboration software such as Bluebeam, Miro, and Teams
- Demonstrated professional expertise with Data Centers
- Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions
