Job Summary
Manage project teams through all phases, ensuring deliverables align with contracts, schedules, and budget while upholding quality standards. Create and maintain milestone-based schedules, project charters with QA/QC plans, and detailed weekly updates for stakeholders. Oversee construction administration, including RFI/Submittal reviews, site visit reports, and punch lists, while leading internal and external meetings. Monitor financial status, review invoicing, and initiate close-out procedures. Conduct monthly 1:1 check-ins, mid-year, and year-end performance reviews. Demonstrate expertise in data center design and lead teams through milestone-based delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm
- Demonstrated professional expertise with Data Centers
- Certification as a license professional
- Demonstrated experience leading teams through all phases of milestone-based project delivery
- Basic knowledge of architectural contracts and contract execution procedures
- Proficiency with Revit, Auto-CAD, and MS Office
- Demonstrated expertise utilizing collaboration software such as Bluebeam, Miro, and Teams
- Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions
