Job Summary
Manage project teams through all phases, ensuring deliverables align with contracts, schedules, and budgets while meeting quality standards. Lead contract management, design, documentation, permitting, and construction administration, including creating milestone-based schedules, project charters, and QA/QC plans. Monitor financial performance, review monthly invoicing, and produce weekly updates for stakeholders. Oversee construction administration activities, review site reports, and facilitate internal and external meetings. Initiate project close-out procedures and conduct performance reviews for team members. This role focuses on global and national building programs within MG2's Client Programs Market, emphasizing data center expertise and client relationship leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm
- Certification as a license professional
- Demonstrated experience leading teams through all phases of milestone-based project delivery
- Basic knowledge of architectural contracts and contract execution procedures
- Proficiency with Revit, Auto-CAD, and MS Office
- Demonstrated expertise utilizing collaboration software such as Bluebeam, Miro, and Teams
- Demonstrated professional expertise with Data Centers
- Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions
