Job Summary
Manage project teams through all phases, ensuring deliverables align with contracts, schedules, and budget while meeting MG2 quality standards. Create and maintain milestone-based schedules, project charters with QA/QC plans, and detailed workplans. Monitor financial status, review monthly invoicing and consultant billing, and produce weekly updates for stakeholders. Lead internal and external meetings, oversee Construction Administration including RFI and submittal logs, and conduct site visit reviews. Initiate project close-out procedures and host debrief meetings to improve service levels. This role requires 8+ years of experience in architecture, a degree in the field, and demonstrated expertise in Data Centers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm
- Certification as a license professional
- Demonstrated experience leading teams through all phases of milestone-based project delivery
- Basic knowledge of architectural contracts and contract execution procedures
- Proficiency with Revit, Auto-CAD, and MS Office
- Demonstrated expertise utilizing collaboration software such as Bluebeam, Miro, and Teams
- Demonstrated professional expertise with Data Centers
- Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions
