Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, interpreting, organizing, scheduling and managing architecture/interiors projects through all phases of development. Reports to the Project Executive and acts as the main contact for projects, overseeing staffing, schedules, design development, working drawings, and construction administration. Establishes client relationships, directs project activities, mentors junior colleagues, and coordinates QA/QC reviews, design reviews, and Revit management to ensure efficient resource use, quality standards, and code compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years related experience in architectural projects.
- Professional Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited School.
