Job Summary
Lead client relationships and drive business development across civic, education, commercial, and infrastructure sectors while serving as project architect and design lead for select multidisciplinary projects. Manage project financial health from contract execution to closeout, ensuring delivery meets budget, schedule, and scope targets. Integrate architectural solutions with engineering and interiors teams, mentor emerging talent, and represent the studio at industry events. Join the US West Design Studio in a Southern CA office on a three-day hybrid schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture
- Architectural licensure in the U.S.
- 12-20 years of architectural experience
- Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams
- Competency with Revit, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, and design communication tools
