Job Summary
Lead architecture, project management, and business development across civic, commercial, and infrastructure sectors. Build client relationships, identify opportunities, and drive revenue targets while serving as project architect for conceptual design workshops and multidisciplinary delivery. Manage project financial health from contract execution to closeout, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and scope. Mentor emerging talent and represent the studio at industry events. Join our hybrid model (three days in-office) as a strategic leader shaping the built environment. Bachelor's or master's in architecture with U.S. licensure and 12-20 years of experience required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture
- Architectural licensure in the U.S.
- 12-20 years of architectural experience
- Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams
- Competency with Revit, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, and design communication tools
- Join us in office, three days a week
