Architecture Manager & Business Development Lead

Lead architectural projects and drive business development across civic, education, and commercial sectors by cultivating client relationships, identifying opportunities, and executing pursuit strategies. Serve as project architect and technical advisor, integrating multidisciplinary solutions from concept through construction while managing project financial health, budgets, and schedules. Mentor emerging talent and represent the studio at industry events to strengthen the brand. Work three days in-office in Anchorage, AL, with a Bachelor's degree in architecture and U.S. licensure required.
