Job Summary
Conduct architectural design support by preparing drawings, plans, and technical documentation using AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp. Assist senior architects in developing building projects from concept through completion, including creating 3D models and renderings to visualize concepts for stakeholders. Perform site visits to document existing conditions and measurements, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design feasibility and compliance with building codes. Analyze designs for constructive feedback and maintain organized project files according to company standards. Participate in design meetings to contribute ideas that enhance project outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and design standards
- Excellent technical drawing and drafting skills with attention to detail
- Strong spatial reasoning and visualization abilities
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in team environments
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks
- Enthusiasm for learning and professional development
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with Saudi building regulations and local construction standards (preferred)
