Job Summary
Oversee large-scale architectural projects ranging from $10M-$50M, ensuring high-quality design and successful project execution while providing expert guidance in architectural design, graphic modeling, and technical documentation. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate innovative solutions and ensure projects meet client expectations, budget constraints, and regulatory requirements. Grow the firm's presence across the region by identifying new opportunities, building meaningful client relationships, and executing strategies to secure new projects and expand market share. Mentor a talented team of architects, fostering a culture of mentorship, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the Hunt Valley office. Attract, develop, and retain high-performing talent to enhance the office's capabilities and portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- BArch or BS in Architecture from a NAAB accredited program
- Architectural license
- 15+ years of experience in higher education architectural design & leadership
- Proven business development skills with a track record of securing new projects and clients
- Experience managing large-scale projects ($10M-$50M) from concept to completion
- Design expertise utilizing industry software (Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, etc.)
- At least four days per week in a JMT office location
