Job Summary
Conduct hands-on support from concept to completion by preparing schematic and construction documentation, developing design solutions, and managing submittals and RFIs. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across studios in California and Texas to coordinate client interactions and assist project leaders. Research materials and construction methods to support design intent while providing mentorship to junior designers. Requires a Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture with 5+ years of experience, Revit proficiency, and knowledge of building codes. Base salary varies by location and project complexity; eligible for an annual bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture
- 5+ years of experience across all phases of design and documentation
- Proficiency in Revit
- Knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction methods
- Demonstrated creativity, initiative, and problem-solving in design and execution
Desired Qualifications
- Actively pursuing licensure or already licensed
- LEED accreditation
- Familiarity with Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite
