Job Summary
Architectural & Structural Sales role focusing on learning and supporting Wells’ sales and marketing processes to identify, pursue, and develop profitable precast projects. Responsibilities include prospecting, relationship building, assisting with estimating and project coordination, developing and maintaining sales materials, coordinating with owners/architects/engineers/GCs, attending meetings and industry events, supporting marketing and business development, assisting in RFI development, coordinating submittals and deliveries, maintaining client/opportunity data in CRM, and collaborating with internal teams to align project goals. Requires early-career sales/construction experience, strong communication, organizational and time-management skills, and proficiency with design/tools like SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 year degree in construction, business, marketing, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Exposure to precast, construction, drafting, production, or related industry experience preferred
- Basic understanding of construction drawings and bid documents
- Familiarity with SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, or similar modeling tools preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to present information clearly in meetings and presentations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated with ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment
- Valid driver’s license with ability to operate a motor vehicle
