Job Summary
Architectural Staff Level I (non-licensed) to support residential architecture projects. Responsibilities include BIM modeling of single-family and multi-family housing, creating interactive BIMx models, producing automated quantity takeoffs for cost evaluation and construction drawings, responding to RFIs, revising drawings, expanding the design library, and presenting information clearly. Requires proficiency with BIM modeling in ArchiCAD, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication, with a focus on maintaining quality through standard operating procedures; reports to the Residential Architect Manager.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of project work experience in Residential Architecture
- 2+ years experience working at an architecture or design firm
- Experience in multi-family and light commercial projects
- Experience with ArchiCAD
