Job Summary
Prepare project manuals and specifications for commercial building projects, reviewing drawings and coordinating with the architectural team to write and assemble specifications. Coordinate with engineering, clients, and contractors to incorporate requirements into project manuals. Conduct material, product, and building systems research and act as a resource to project teams on material and system selections. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; familiarity with MasterSpec; SpecsIntact knowledge is ideal. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Construction and 3+ years of experience in architectural specifications for commercial buildings; CCS is a plus.
