Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of architectural specification writing experience
- Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction methods
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while coordinating across multiple project teams
- Prior experience with K-12, corporate, multifamily, or healthcare projects
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with MasterSpec or SpecLink
- CSI CCS accreditation
