Job Summary
Architectural Sales Specialist to drive new landscape architecture and architectural accounts in Southern California and nationwide; responsibilities include developing new clients, presenting proposals, negotiating, and closing sales; cultivate relationships with government entities, developers, general contractors, architects, churches, schools, universities, and airports; collaborate with project management and engineering teams to ensure client satisfaction; prepare and present proposals, handle design drawing requests and reporting; actively participate in ASLA and AIA activities; requires architectural knowledge, strong communication and negotiation skills, organizational abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software; role involves remote work with regular travel within Southern California and occasional travel out of state.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture, architecture or related field preferable; or related field such as Business Administration, Marketing with landscape architecture/architectural experience
- Minimum three years sales experience
- Working knowledge of marketing, construction sales and landscape architecture
- Valid Class C driver’s license
- Ability to work remotely while regularly traveling within Southern California; willingness to travel out of state for trade shows and training
