Job Summary
Architectural Sales Executive focused on developing and maintaining relationships with Architectural & Design (A&D) firms in the Houston market. Responsible for engaging prospective clients through lead generation, cold calling, lunch-and-learns, trade shows, and in-person meetings; articulating design concepts and proposals; and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Requires 2+ years of experience calling on A&D channels (or 5+ years of relevant sales experience) and a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience). Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills and a solid understanding of the construction industry are essential. Base salary plus uncapped commissions with a guaranteed first year range of $100K-$125K; primarily serving high-end commercial spaces such as hospitality, multifamily, and medical offices in the Houston area.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years' relevant sales experience
- Must have 2+ years' experience calling on A&D channel
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and written/verbal communication skills
- General understanding of construction industry
