Job Summary
Architectural Project Technician with 4-6 years of experience to support Haley Ward’s Architecture group in Northborough, MA. Responsibilities include producing accurate and coordinated construction documents using Revit, producing plans, sections, details, schedules, and other drawing components; applying established standards, codes, and building systems to drawings; coordinating architectural drawings with engineering disciplines and consultants; incorporating QA/QC comments and project team markups; supporting construction administration including drawing revisions and clarifications; proficient use of Bluebeam for plan review and collaboration; and independently measuring and creating existing condition drawings. Requires minimum 4-6 years of technical architectural experience, Revit proficiency, experience under a Project Architect/PM on multi-discipline teams, and strong organization and collaboration skills. Hybrid work arrangement may be considered based on business needs; located in Northborough, MA.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of technical experience in an architectural or A/E firm
- Experience working under a Project Architect or Project Manager on multi-discipline teams
- Proficiency in Revit required
- Demonstrated competency in construction documentation and detailing
- Working knowledge of building codes, standards, and typical construction methods
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
