Job Summary
Manage multiple public sector projects and deadlines by identifying client requirements and serving as the primary contact for communication. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, architects, and contractors to coordinate design work from the initial phase through final completion. Document quality reviews, conduct detailed code analysis, and prepare building plans and construction contracts while prioritizing tasks to meet schedules. Provide mentorship to staff and utilize past experience to enhance design quality. Requires 10+ years of professional experience, licensure, and proficiency in Revit.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience
- Professional, or non-professional, degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Professional Licensure with experience in public sector projects
- Proficient in Revit
- Strong leadership, organization, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work closely in a team environment
- Knowledge of building codes, standards and specifications
- Experience with clients in K-12, government or higher education
- Willingness to perform complex administrative and on-site duties
- Experience in all aspects of construction projects
