Architectural Project Manager with Construction Administration experience

Job Summary
Oversee execution of multiple large- and medium-scale projects in the construction phase, acting as the main point of contact while managing junior staff on shop drawings, RFIs, site visits, and change orders. Direct construction administration activities including scheduling, field observations, and pay requests to ensure efficiency, quality assurance, and code compliance. Collaborate with owners and contractors to solve problems in time-pressure environments and provide periodic briefings to senior management on costs and recommendations. Navigate sensitive issues to limit legal exposure and mentor personnel in CA professional and technical development. Spend approximately 80% of time in Construction Administration and 20% in the Design stage, with a 40-hour work schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years related experience in architectural projects with a depth of experience in Construction Administration
- Professional Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from an accredited School
- Ability to oversee a project in Revit
- Strong experience using industry standard CA software such as Pro-Core
- Superior verbal, written and communication skills
- Strong technical abilities to be able to oversee all aspects of a project's construction
- Demonstrated past experience in executing CA office and field standards and run an efficient/profitable CA effort within contract and financial goals
- Considerable experience in PT concrete high-rise residential, office, hospitality and parking structures in Southern U.S.
- A valid, unrestricted driver's license and driving record, as deemed acceptable by our firm's liability insurance carrier

- Experience with CUBE 3's CA software PART3 as a plug-in to Pro-core
