Job Summary
Architectural Project Manager in Edmonton, Alberta, overseeing projects from client liaison through construction documents to construction-phase services. Primary point of contact with clients for projects under supervision; responsibilities include project coordination, contract administration, managing client relationships, team communication, and liaising with municipal authorities and subcontractors. Focus on delivering projects on time and within budget through resource allocation and scheduling; requires experience in the North American architectural industry, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Revit and AutoCAD. Registration as an Architect is desirable but not essential; PMP designation is an asset. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in North American Architectural Industry
- Ideally at least 5 years’ experience working as a project manager within Architecture or combined technologist/PM background
- Excellent communication and client liaison skills
- Good contract administration skills preferred
- Registration as an Architect is desirable but not essential
- Some experience with project accounting, overseeing financials, budgets and cost control
- Excellent organisational skills
- Knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD is preferred
- PMP Designation an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
