Job Summary
Architectural Project Manager to lead the design and delivery of high-end hospitality and entertainment environments. Manage all phases of architectural design from concept through construction for multiple concurrent projects, coordinating internal and external teams across architecture, interiors, MEP, structural, and specialty consultants. Produce complete construction documents aligned with project goals, codes, and regulatory standards; drive permitting and code research; proactively resolve technical and constructability issues; ensure design intent is executed in the field through collaboration with estimating, procurement, and construction teams; conduct occasional site visits for existing conditions assessments and construction support. Requires advanced proficiency in Revit; familiarity with AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite; 7+ years of relevant experience; traveling flexibility. Licensed architect preferred, but not required.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Revit
- familiarity with AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite preferred
- 7+ years of architectural project management experience on complex commercial projects
- Portfolio including high-end hospitality, entertainment, or resort environments
- Strong knowledge of building codes, ADA compliance, life safety, and commercial construction practices
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects on fast timelines without compromising quality
- Licensed architect preferred, but not required
- Ability to travel occasionally for site coordination and project needs
