Job Summary
Manage 1-3 direct reports while independently producing, reviewing, and coordinating construction documents for new construction and renovation projects. Participate in all phases of design, from concept development and technical detailing to construction administration, with a specific emphasis on life science or laboratory operations planning. Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and on-site coordination during project execution. Utilize Revit and AutoCAD to produce and manage technical documentation across a variety of project types. Requires 4+ years of professional experience in architectural project management and technical document production.
