Job Summary
Develop detailed construction documents that align with design intent and coordinate project scheduling for the team. Build effective relationships with clients, consultants, and internal members to deliver exceptional service. Review documents for accuracy and completeness to ensure quality control. Manage ground-up buildings, remodels, and special projects while maintaining strong program management. Requires a Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent experience, 5+ years in volume building, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Architecture, Interior Design or formal program of CAD/Revit training
- 5+ years
