Job Summary
Develop detailed construction documents that align with design intent and coordinate project scheduling for the team. Manage client relationships and consultants to deliver exceptional service while reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness. Work with design professionals on ground-up buildings, remodels, and special projects. Report to the office twice monthly on scheduled days, typically one day per week every other week. Join a design group providing architectural services for major brands across the country.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Architecture, Interior Design or formal program of CAD/Revit training
- 5+ years
- volume building experience
- Previous experience in a team focused environment
- Experience designing and developing construction documents in AutoCAD and Revit
Desired Qualifications
- Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
- volume building experience highly preferred
- Previous experience in a team focused environment is valued
