Job Summary
Architectural Project Manager responsible for managing all aspects of architecture projects, ensuring design excellence, adherence to project goals, and effective communication within project teams. Must demonstrate proficiency in BIM, building codes, and construction contract administration. Key responsibilities include project team management, client communication, and compliance with technical and design standards. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in architecture, relevant licenses and certifications, and a minimum of 7 years of related experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or related discipline required
- Architectural license or Interior Design license/certification
- LEED GA within 6 months of hire
- Professional Accreditation in one area of Living Design that interests you: LEED AP with Specialty, BREEAM AP, WELL AP, SITES AP, Passive House Institute Certified Passive House Consultant/Designer CPHC/CPHD, or ILFI Living Future Accreditation
- Multifamily, hospitality, and/or workplace architecture experience.
