Architectural Project Manager

Job Summary
Lead the client as the primary point of contact throughout the entire project lifecycle, building relationships, leading meetings, and addressing concerns promptly. Manage project scope, schedule, fee structure, and budget while coordinating resource management, staffing adjustments, and risk mitigation to maintain profitability. Monitor financial health by reviewing billing, expenses, and staff utilization, then direct multiple projects from concept to completion. Oversee construction phase services, lead the closeout process including punch lists and substantial completion, and foster collaboration with subconsultants by negotiating agreements and defining scopes. Mentor the project team to promote professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- Education or commensurate experience in the architecture, engineering or construction industry
- Minimum of 5 years in a project management position
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Deltek Vantagepoint
- Effective communication skills to allow for engaging collaboration with clients, consultants, and project teams
Desired Qualifications
- Professional registration as an Architect is preferred
