Job Summary
Direct multiple projects from concept to completion, managing scope, schedule, fee structure, and budget to align with client expectations. Lead client meetings, provide project solutions, and address concerns promptly while mitigating risks affecting timelines, budgets, or quality. Manage resources and staffing levels to meet deadlines and maintain profitability, coordinating design efforts between the project team, engineers, and subconsultants. Negotiate agreements with subconsultants, define their scope of work, and ensure timely deliverables and contractual obligations are met. Oversee construction phase services and lead the project closeout process, including preparing final deliverables, coordinating punch lists, and ensuring substantial completion.
Required Qualifications
- Education or commensurate experience in the architecture
- Professional registration as an Architect
- Minimum of 5 years in a project management position
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in Bluebeam
- Proficient in Deltek Vantagepoint
- Effective communication skills to allow for engaging collaboration with clients, consultants, and project teams
