Job Summary
Architectural Project Manager needed to lead multifamily and mixed-use developments in Dallas (Victory Park HQ). Responsibilities include strategic project leadership, multidisciplinary team integration, client stewardship, regulatory/code compliance, financial/risk oversight, and ensuring technical excellence in Revit deliverables. Requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture, an active RA license, 10+ years of experience in architectural design and PM, expertise in multifamily/mixed-use projects, and strong Revit/project management skills. LEED AP/WELL AP and regional North Texas experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program
- Licensure: Active Registered Architect (RA) license is required
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in architectural design and project management
- Project Expertise: Proven portfolio focused on Multifamily Residential or Mixed-Use developments
- Software Proficiency: Expert-level command of Revit and project management software suites
