Job Summary
Manage project teams through all phases, ensuring deliverables align with contracts, schedules, and budget while meeting quality standards. Create and maintain milestone-based schedules, staffing workplans, and project charters with comprehensive QA/QC plans. Monitor financial performance, review monthly invoicing, and produce weekly updates for stakeholders. Lead internal and external meetings, oversee construction administration including RFI and submittal logs, and host debriefs to improve service levels. Initiate project close-out procedures and manage resources to ensure profitability. Work on global and national building programs within the Client Programs Market team in Toronto.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm
- Certification as a license professional
- Demonstrated experience leading teams through all phases of milestone-based project delivery
- Basic knowledge of architectural contracts and contract execution procedures
- Proficiency with Revit, Auto-CAD, and MS Office
- Demonstrated expertise utilizing collaboration software such as Bluebeam, Miro, and Teams
- Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions
