Job Summary
Manage project teams through all phases, ensuring deliverables align with contracts, schedules, and budgets while meeting quality standards. Create and maintain milestone-based schedules, project charters, and QA/QC plans. Monitor financial status, review invoicing, and produce weekly updates for stakeholders. Lead internal and external meetings, oversee construction administration including RFI and submittal reviews, and conduct post-project debriefs. Initiate close-out procedures and manage team performance through monthly check-ins and annual reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm
- Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working on Manufacturing/Industrial project types preferred
- Certification as a license professional preferred
