Job Summary
Architectural Project Manager responsible for 15–30 concurrent retail rollout projects in the North Dallas region, delivering branded environments while coordinating with internal design teams, consultants, and external stakeholders. Manage adherence to brand standards, timelines, and budgets; oversee production of construction documents (Revit preferred); interface with clients such as Shake Shack; manage permitting and jurisdictional coordination across multiple locations; track project schedules and proactively identify risks; support vendor and contractor coordination during execution phases. Requires extensive architectural experience in retail/QSR/rollout programs, high-volume project management capability, and proficiency in Revit and construction documentation.
Required Qualifications
- 8–16 years of architectural experience with a strong focus on retail, QSR, or rollout programs
- Proven ability to manage high-volume, fast-track projects
- Experience working with national brands or multi-site clients
- Strong proficiency in Revit and construction documentation
- Solid understanding of permitting processes across multiple jurisdictions
- Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking capabilities
- Positive, team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
