Job Summary
Architectural Project Manager for SHM Architects, PLLC in Dallas, TX. Lead end-to-end project stewardship from schematic development through construction administration, apply advanced architectural concepts, mentor junior staff, manage budgets and schedules, liaise with clients/consultants, and oversee BIM/documentation using Revit and AutoCAD. Requires 8+ years of experience, BArch/MArch degree, and US work authorization; active architectural licensure preferred. In-office, collaborative studio with a strong design philosophy emphasizing imperfect beauty and legacy-building architecture. Required Qualifications
- Education: Professionally accredited Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) or Master of Architecture (MArch) degree.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of professional architectural experience.
- Technical Proficiency: AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing external consultants.
- Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
