Job Summary
Senior Architectural Project Manager responsible for leading multi-site retail and food & beverage design-build projects from concept design through construction administration, coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal design teams; serving as the primary point of contact for assigned brand programs; overseeing schedule, scope, quality, and deliverables across project phases including permitting and jurisdictional coordination; ensuring brand prototype consistency and site adaptations; participating in internal design reviews and global collaboration; requires 8–15 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, with remote work from Seattle and preference for licensed architects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (required)
- 8–15 years of professional architectural experience
- Strong background in Retail and Food & Beverage projects
- Experience managing multi-site or repeat prototype programs
- Located in Seattle, WA or willing to relocate
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
