Architectural Project Manager

Job Summary
Manage and oversee multiple architectural projects from concept through construction documents, delegating and reviewing work for CAD Drafters, Project Coordinators, and Project Managers. Coordinate with internal disciplines and serve as the primary communicator across the team, leading client communication and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, consultants, and vendors. Prepare and review architectural construction documents and specifications while ensuring compliance with building codes and project requirements. Assist with billing, construction administration, budgeting, and proposal development. Requires 6–10 years of experience in commercial architecture with emphasis on restaurant and retail sectors.
Required Qualifications
- 6–10 years of experience in commercial architecture, with emphasis on restaurant and retail projects
- Strong client communication and interaction experience
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills; able to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, while also driving independent results
- Knowledge of building codes and MPE systems required
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture preferred
- Revit experience a plus
- Licensure or path to licensure not required but considered a plus
