Job Summary
Develop competitive fee structures and manage project schedules to ensure completion on time and within budget. Oversee construction phase procedures, including shop drawings and submittals, while driving coordination among internal staff, external consultants, and stakeholders. Lead project teams by identifying roles, providing mentorship, and facilitating open dialogue on design and technical ideation. Anticipate client expectations, resolve regulatory and code-related design issues, and maintain quality assurance processes for project documents. Actively explore new business opportunities through professional networks and conduct presentations to clients. Manage client relations and effectively communicate project phasing and strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- This role is an in-office position
- Bachelors Degree from an NAAB accredited program or equivalent
- 8+ years of architectural experience, to include experience in Higher Education
- Professional registration
- High commitment to QA/QC
- Ability to be hands-on and produce when needed
- Knows how to research and document codes for specific projects
- Experience managing a variety of consultants and contractors
- Confident presentation ability
- Potential travel opportunities
- This position is designated as full-time on-site and requires the employee to be physically present at the assigned office location Monday through Friday during standard business hours
- Regular, reliable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role
Desired Qualifications

- Proficiency or experience with managing overall project fees and schedules
