Job Summary
Architectural Project Manager to lead healthcare-focused architecture projects in Philadelphia. Will act as primary client liaison, manage scope, schedules, and budgets across all project stages, allocate hours via detailed work plans, coordinate with contractors and sub-consultants, and ensure contractual obligations are met. Requires robust project management experience, client management skills, leadership ability, and understanding of project financials and building codes. Senior- or mid-level professionals with healthcare project experience and AIA licensure is an asset. Flexible/hybrid work model for this Philadelphia-based role.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of industry experience with at least 2+ years working with healthcare projects
- Strong project management experience
- Registered with a relevant professional association is an asset - ideally licensed with AIA
- Experience in client management is required
- possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, flexibility, and resourcefulness
- A strong understanding of working with the financials on projects is required
- Good knowledge of building code and by laws
