Architectural Project Manager - Healthcare Practice

Architectural Project Manager in our New York office guiding healthcare design projects from schematic design through construction documentation and administration. You will lead project delivery, ensure design quality and adherence to budgets, oversee fees/resource management, and collaborate with a Principal across multiple healthcare projects from planning to close-out. Core responsibilities include advancing project work through design development to construction documents, promoting quality standards, analyzing costs and providing design/construction alternatives, and coordinating with builders to maintain design intent and contractual requirements. Core skill areas include building technology, codes and accessibility, sustainability, programming and planning, site planning, material research, and effective stakeholder presentations. The role emphasizes leadership in project delivery, profitability, documentation, and a strong understanding of CPM scheduling and contract preparation, with required experience in healthcare projects and a Bachelor-level architecture or engineering degree, plus professional registration in at least one state.
