Job Summary
Collaborate with Architectural Leadership to deliver projects while managing client relationships, expectations, and day-to-day individual project needs. Participate with internal teams to conceptualize, design, and produce project documentation, and interface with external consultants to coordinate disciplines, manage contractual relationships, and maintain project schedules. Set, monitor, and maintain project budgets, work plans, and schedules through all phases of the design process, and develop proposals, manage project team resources, and handle client/consultant invoices. Join business development and marketing activities independently or in conjunction with others, including RFPs and interviews. This role requires a Licensed Architect with at least 10 years of experience in Federal, State, and Local Government projects. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.
Required Qualifications
- Professional Architecture degree from an accredited University
- Licensed Architect
- ability for reciprocal licensure in additional states
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead project teams, clients, consultants, and contractors
- Expert knowledge of local code requirements
- ability to efficiently interface with agencies having jurisdiction
- valid driver's license
- good driving record
- ability to pass a driving record background check
