Job Summary

Lead commercial project delivery, coordination, and financial performance for a portfolio of design projects while serving as the primary point of contact for major clients. Manage multidisciplinary teams to produce high-quality documentation, establish project budgets, and oversee fee proposals and contract negotiations. Track milestones from client request through final delivery, conduct weekly reviews to monitor earned value and resource utilization, and ensure profitability targets are met. Supervise Project Coordinators, manage accounts receivable, and implement standardized workflows to improve program-wide efficiency and consistency. Build strong client relationships and support business development initiatives to drive market growth.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, or a related field
  • 15+ years of experience managing design delivery or program management within architecture, engineering, or multi-disciplinary design consulting environments
  • Experience coordinating architects and engineers through the design and documentation phases of national or multi-site large-format commercial programs
  • Strong understanding of commercial design programs, building codes, and architecture/engineering documentation standards
  • Experience managing high-volume project portfolios or multi-site programs
  • Experienced in both interior and exterior architectural document development
  • Proficiency with project/program management software, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Deltek Vantagepoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent design insight, problem-solving skills, and the ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration skills, and relationship management with clients, internal teams, and external partners
  • Experience with Seattle permitting, City of Seattle Codes, and Washington State Codes
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
  • No work visa sponsorship
