Job Summary
Architectural Project Manager needed to lead projects from design through construction administration at our San Jose, CA office. Responsibilities include overseeing all project phases (design, construction documentation, plan check, and construction administration), managing architectural support teams and consultant coordination, reviewing documentation for completeness, code compliance, and QA, representing the firm in meetings with clients, superintendents, and board members, and developing fee proposals, project schedules, work plans, and conceptual cost estimates. Requires licensure and a degree in Architecture, 8+ years of experience with at least 3+ years in a PM role, and proficiency with Revit and Microsoft Office. Prior experience on K-12 Education projects is preferred.
