Job Summary
Develop competitive fee structures, manage project schedules, and oversee project completion on time and within budget. Anticipate and manage client expectations while leading staff through role identification, mentorship, and open dialogue regarding design and technical ideation. Oversee construction phase procedures, documentation, and the development of technical solutions for stakeholders. Drive coordination of internal staff, external consultants, and other stakeholders to achieve cohesive project teams. Manage client relations, resolve technical challenges, and apply industry standards and construction practices. Oversee quality assurance processes and identify regulatory agency requirements. Actively explore new business opportunities through professional networks and conduct presentations.
Required Qualifications
- Professional, NAAB accredited degree in Architecture or equivalent
- 12+ years of experience in commercial architecture
- Large airport terminal experience
- Experience managing large teams on large-scale projects
- Professional registration
- High commitment to QA/QC
- Thorough understanding of how a drawing set goes together
- Acumen for how things are built and constructibility
- Ability to apply constructibility knowledge to support project design and budget
- Experience managing a variety of consultants and contractors
- Proficiency or experience with managing overall project fees and schedules
- Demonstrated experience coordinating and leading project teams
- Ability to collaborate in a diverse project team environment
- Exhibit strong marketing and client relations experience and capabilities
- Display strengths in master planning, conceptual design, and technical excellence
- Strong and effective organizational and communication skills
- Confident presentation ability
- Experience preparing all stages of design documentation
- Experience performing construction administration
- Experience performing consultant coordination
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Flexible attitude and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- This role is an in-office position
- Regular, reliable on-site attendance Monday through Friday during standard business hours

- Experience with other 3D software
