Job Summary

Manage project schedules, fee structures, and construction documentation while overseeing design solutions, technical challenges, and regulatory compliance for aviation projects. Lead project teams through mentorship, open dialogue, and course correction to meet goals and resolve code-related issues. Coordinate internal staff, external consultants, and stakeholders to drive innovation and cohesive project performance. Maintain client relations and explore new business opportunities through professional networks. This full-time on-site role requires a NAAB-accredited architect with 12+ years of commercial experience, large team management, and Revit proficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • Professional, NAAB accredited degree in Architecture or equivalent
  • 12+ years of experience in commercial architecture
  • Large airport terminal experience
  • Experience managing large teams on large-scale projects
  • Professional registration
  • High commitment to QA/QC
  • Thorough understanding of how a drawing set goes together
  • Acumen for how things are built and constructibility
  • Ability to apply constructibility knowledge to support project design and budget
  • Experience managing a variety of consultants and contractors
  • Proficiency or experience with managing overall project fees and schedules
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating and leading project teams
  • Ability to collaborate in a diverse project team environment
  • Exhibit strong marketing and client relations experience and capabilities
  • Display strengths in master planning, conceptual design, and technical excellence
  • Strong and effective organizational and communication skills
  • Confident presentation ability
  • Experience preparing all stages of design documentation
  • Experience performing construction administration
  • Experience performing consultant coordination
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Flexible attitude and ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • This role is an in-office position
  • Regular, reliable on-site attendance Monday through Friday during standard business hours
